Not everyone buys their Rippa machine from us, and Mike wants every owner to be able to file a warranty claim directly. In this video from our Boyd, Texas dealership, he walks through the after-sales warranty form step by step as if he were filling it out for himself.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Your first and last name, phone number and email.
- The address where spare parts should be delivered, entered as a street line followed by city, state and ZIP.
- A photo of the machine's plate, which the claim has always needed, plus photos of the issue.
After you submit, you get a ticket number and someone reaches out. Mike says the parts then ship to you, and that he has used the form for 20-plus claims himself.
Mike also warns buyers to check who they are paying. He mentions deals that are too good to be true, such as machines offered with many attachments for a very low price, and callers who lost thousands of dollars to people pretending to be Rippa. His advice: be careful where your money goes. Even if you didn't buy from us, we're happy to sell you a part like an oil filter.
