Lets face it, your interested in Rippa equipment due to price. One of the areas that can bite you when you buy from overseas, is they have your money and most times your up a creek if something happens.

That’s why we are located in Boyd, TX, about 45 minutes NW of Ft. Worth, TX. We can help service your machine if you wish as well as answer technical questions. We have technicians with over 24 years experience performing equipment maintenance.

One of the great things about Rippa, is that it is so easy to do normal service like engine oil, hydraulic fluid changes and so on. What happens if a pump fails, or the engine has an issue? Your engine warranty is with Kubota or Yanmar and there are service centers all over the United States.

Regarding pump failures, we will reach out to Rippa in China, and let them know your issue. If they agree, we will send you a pump at no charge, except for shipping.

We will help with engine issues and will replace pumps given approval from Rippa as we will stock pumps locally. If you bring your machine to us, we will repair/replace it for you. We will also service the machine if requested. Our current hourly rate is $125/hr. plus materials.
