THREE MACHINE GROUPS
- Eco model excavators, like the R10, R13 and R15: complete machine warranty of 2 years or 2,000 hours, and main assembly components for 3 years or 3,000 hours.
- Pro model excavators, like the R18, R22, R32, R57 and larger: complete machine warranty of 3 years or 3,000 hours, and main assembly components for 4 years or 4,000 hours.
- Everything else, mostly mini skid steers and full size skid steers: complete machine warranty of 1 year with unlimited hours, and main assembly components for 1 year or 1,000 hours.
The warranty period ends at the earlier of the time or the hours, like a car warranty of 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.
SHORTER COVERAGE FOR SPECIFIC PARTS
- Seat: 3 months
- Tracks, shock absorbing pads, engine mounted parts, diesel tank, injectors, electronic diesel pumps, actuators, ECU, speed sensors, muffler, cylinders, crankshaft and connecting rod bearings: 6 months
- Sprocket, support wheels, guide wheels, drive wheels, steel tracks, swing support, swing motors and others: 12 months
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Faults or losses caused by human factors, meaning misuse or damage.
- Structural components, mainly welding.
