Service Scheduling
We now have Jake and Dakota - our full time service techs able to take video enabled service calls. Here is what we do:
Schedule a video call with you to assess the issue firsthand.
Provide guidance on what we believe the problem is. Note: Since we’re working remotely, you’ll be our hands on site—we’ll need you to perform the physical checks and steps we describe.
If we’re unable to identify or resolve the issue, we will engage Rippa After-Sales Support. We’ll create a support case and consult directly with a Rippa technical specialist.
We will relay their findings and recommendations to you, then jump back on a video call to walk you through exactly what Rippa advises.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 as needed until the issue is fully resolved.
As needed, we will file a warranty claim on your behalf. If Rippa approves the claim, the replacement part(s) will be shipped directly to your location at no charge.
Help guide you with part installation.
The minimum fee is one hour. We charge $135 for this per hour. This starts March 16. Use Rippa USA Sales as the payment name. We also need a picture or video showing the issue. Please send us your name, phone number, email and complete mailing address so we can file a claim and get it shipped to you.
Warranty PArts replacement
For those that did not purchase your machine from one of the Rippa USA Sales dealerships, we are good to help you with getting replacement parts. We charge a $35 fee for this. Send us an email service@rippausasales.com. We need a clear picture of your machine plate, so we can see the serial number. We then validate with China what you have, and then get the part sent to you.
If there is a fee due to no warranty, we will then let you know the price. If this is a warranty claim, we also need a picture or video showing the issue. Please send us your name, phone number, email and complete mailing address.
Payment is $35 via Zelle. Use Rippa USA Sales as the payment name.
Rippa USA Sales Service
The Rippa USA Sales Dealership that sold the Service Warranty warrants the purchased Service warranty for a fixed number of hours, based on the machine, from when coverage started. If you wish to have more hours, we can make that adjustment.
What is covered is simple, you get a number of hours for whatever service related task you wish. If you abuse the machine, if you take care of it, whatever, its covered. But understand, once the bank of hours is used up, that’s it. Additionally if you use a ‘local hero’ that takes 3x longer for a service task, we will pay for it, however, it goes against your bank of hours. If you have a service request that requires more labor hours than what your bank of hours will cover, you are 100% responsible for those hours and that is between you and the company/person that is performing the work.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Rippa USA Sales and its affiliated Dealers shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
By accepting the serviced equipment, the customer acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Service Warranty.
Engine related work is excluded as that is covered by the engine warranty.
Hopefully at the end of the Parts warranty, there is still time left. If that is the case, if you wish to purchase another machine, we will credit you back 75% of the remaining hours, expressed as a dollar figure.
